What we do

Puget Sound rain finds every low spot. Standing water drowns lawns, ruins patios and pushes against foundations and walls. We find where the water is coming from and give it somewhere to go, with French drains, downspout lines, dry creek beds, regrading and dry wells.

Services include

  • French drain installation
  • Downspout and gutter drain lines
  • Dry creek beds that carry runoff and look natural
  • Regrading so water flows away from the house
  • Catch basins and dry wells
  • Drainage behind retaining walls
  • Fixing soggy lawns and muddy low spots

FAQs

How do I know if I need a French drain?

Water that sits for a day or more after rain, a lawn that squishes, moss taking over, or water near your foundation or crawlspace are all signs. We'll come out and look at where the water is going.

What's a dry creek bed?

A shallow channel lined with river rock that carries runoff across the yard during storms. It works as drainage and looks like a natural landscape feature the rest of the year.

When is the best time to fix drainage?

The rainy season is actually a great time to diagnose it, because you can see exactly where water collects. We install drainage year-round, except when the ground is frozen or snow-covered.

Is drainage part of a bigger project?

It can be either. We do standalone drainage fixes, and we build drainage into every patio, wall and lawn project.
